Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Upstream & Downstream) Location: Pennington, NJ Hours / Schedule: Full time, onsite, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Flexibility for OT and shift coverage) Type: Contract to Hire Overview Join a cGMP-compliant biologics facility supporting upstream (cell culture) and downstream (purification) operations. Ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience and long-term growth in manufacturing. Openings Upstream: Cell culture, media prep, bioreactors Downstream: Chromatography, TFF, viral filtration Requirements 1–5 years’ GMP experience (Biotech, Pharma, Device, or Chemical) HS diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in life sciences / engineering Comfortable in sterile cleanroom environments Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Able to lift 50lb and stand for extended periods Open to temp to hire for long term employment with shift flexibility when needed Responsibilities Upstream: Media / buffer prep for cell cultures, seed train, operate bioreactors, cell harvest Downstream: Chromatography (e.g., AKTA), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), diafiltration operations, viral filtration, final fill General: Follow SOPs, maintain GMP documentation, sanitize and maintain production equipment, cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Logistics System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
