Job Description Job Description A nationally established
litigation support and legal technology provider to hire a
Litigation Support Consultant (Sales) . This is a direct-hire role
focused on building and expanding a territory by selling high-value
services into law firms and corporate legal departments. This is
not an order-taker role. This seat is for a hunter who knows how to
open doors, speak the language of attorneys, and close complex
service-based solutions. APPLY NOW Key Responsibilities Build and
develop a new territory through aggressive outbound prospecting,
networking, and strategic relationship-building with law firms and
corporate legal teams Run discovery-driven sales calls and
presentations, aligning litigation support solutions to client pain
points Own the full sales cycle while consistently managing
activity, pipeline, and forecasting within a CRM environment Grow
and retain a book of business by expanding existing accounts and
collaborating internally to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Qualifications 3 years of sales experience selling into law firms
or corporate legal departments (legal tech, eDiscovery, SaaS, or
litigation services strongly preferred) Proven track record of
building new business through cold outreach, networking, and
territory development Ability to communicate confidently and
credibly with attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations
professionals History of meeting or exceeding quota in a remote or
hybrid sales environment Location: REMOTE - must reside in PA, NJ,
NY, DC, FL, TX, MD, DE, IL, or CA Travel: 25% Salary: $80K base
commissions bonus Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO 2 weeks,
Sick days accural based on state law, Personal day, paid holidays.
