Difference You Make:The Senior Analyst, Risk Modeling is part of
Santander's Model Development department and responsible for
supporting operational risk model development. These models are
used to support bank stress testing (HCR/DFAST) and internal
capital planning process. The Senior Analyst, Risk Modeling serves
as an expert resource in the fields of operational risk
quantification and works closely with business leaders, operational
risk management, capital management and regulatory authorities.

- Responsible for operational risk model development, model
documentation, model implementation and ongoing model performance
monitoring
- Ensure all model deliverables are of the highest standard and
compliant with bank and regulatory standards - -
- Create model performance monitoring reports on an ongoing basis
and share results with various stakeholders
- Contribute to model development and methodology-related
presentations for various audiences including operational risk
officers, model users, model risk management group, internal audit
and regulators -What You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an

work experience: Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
quantitative discipline. - Required.Master's Degree Statistics,
Mathematics, Economics or equivalent quantitative discipline. -
Preferred.
- 2+ years of model development experience within financial
industry
- Understanding of bank products and product life cycles
- Understanding of model development life cycle and model risk
management requirements
- Knowledge of Basel/ICAAP, CCAR/DFAST and regulatory Guidance on
Model Risk Management (SR 11-7)
- Attention to details and results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Matlab, Python or RCertifications:No

this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary
range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based
on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on
skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and
location.Salary: $67,500 - $140,000/year
