Responsible for hiring/retaining ancillary staff. Develops and implements staff daily and On-Call scheduling to meet the needs of the unit. Works closely with department manager to promote department initiatives and goals. Maintains a positive attitude in order to maintain and enhance team participation and pursues personal/professional growth. Provide Clinical support services to APCS clients Monitor the policies and procedures necessary to maintain the standards required by accrediting bodies and/or licensing agencies. Communicate with clients and families Complete incident forms Clinical Site Coordinator License/Certification needed: Experience in Private duty home care is a must **Must be up to date with COVID-19 Vaccinations and Boosters** Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $85 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
