Escalates effectively to Field (Service and PS). Escalates to vendors when necessary. Opens and follows up on support tickets to vendors. Responsibilities- Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or troubleshooting product problems.- High level technician capable of resolving basic and intermediate level issues with ease.- Very proficient in troubleshooting and ticket documentation.- Grows capability in more complex software solutions, with 85%+ individual resolution.- Develops as expert in one or more specific solutions. QualificationsHS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.- May require up to 5% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary); ability to work remote for business continuity.- HDI Support Center Analyst, KCS Foundations, A+, Network+, Server+ESS Specific: Certification and advanced proficiency in supporting eCopy, uniFLOW, Therefore; basic proficiency in supporting IRIS, PlanetPress, and IDEAS.
