Job Description:
What is Kalshi? Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction
markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events
and turn any question about the future into a financial asset.
Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US
for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing
financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across
politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and
more. We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the
largest financial market because they turn anything into a
financial position. Our vision: well… build the largest financial
market on the planet. Our mission: bring more truth to the world
through the power of markets. Our culture is simple: we hire really
talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are
looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our
(relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of
financial markets. Role Roadmap Our Marketing Stunt Coordinator
will lead the creation of bold, unconventional marketing stunts and
experimental brand moments that capture attention and spark
conversation. This is not a traditional events role—it’s an
idea-generation role. You will be responsible for constantly coming
up with original, culturally sharp concepts that make people stop,
share, debate, and engage. Some ideas will be scrappy and fast.
Others could scale into major flagship moments. This role is about
creative velocity: generating a high volume of inventive concepts,
pressure-testing them quickly with internal partners, and rapidly
iterating to determine what’s worth building. Many of the ideas
will not be “necessary” in the traditional marketing sense—they’re
exploratory, provocative, and fun. The best ones will break through
precisely because they feel unexpected and non-obvious. Success in
this role means being endlessly curious, culturally aware, and
capable of dreaming up ideas that don’t come from a playbook—or a
prompt. What You’ll Do Generate a constant pipeline of bold,
unconventional marketing stunt ideas designed to earn attention and
drive cultural conversation Rapidly ideate across formats—physical
installations, digital-first activations, PR-driven spectacles,
unexpected partnerships, or hybrid concepts Collaborate with Brand,
Creative, PR, Social, Content, and Growth teams to workshop and
refine concepts in real time Quickly assess which ideas are worth
pursuing, pressure-test feasibility, and iterate toward
execution-ready concepts Lead select concepts from idea through
execution, working with agencies, fabricators, and production
partners as needed Operate comfortably across a wide range of
budgets—from scrappy, fast-turn activations to large-scale,
high-visibility moments Identify culturally relevant hooks in
current events, internet trends, and news cycles and translate them
into stunt-ready concepts Write tight, compelling internal concept
briefs that clearly articulate the idea, why it works, and how it
wins Ensure stunts feel differentiated, newsworthy, and aligned
with brand positioning Measure impact across earned media, social
engagement, reach, and brand sentiment Build a reputation
internally as the person who always has another idea What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, creative
strategy, brand activations, or stunt-driven campaigns Demonstrated
history of developing and launching 2–3 marketing stunts or
unconventional brand activations (with examples you can share)
Exceptional idea generation skills—you can produce many concepts
quickly without sacrificing originality Strong instinct for what is
culturally interesting, surprising, or conversation-worthy Ability
to think experimentally and embrace ideas that are atypical, weird,
playful, or exploratory Comfort collaborating in fast-moving
brainstorm environments and iterating ideas live Strong bias toward
action and resourcefulness—you figure out how to make things happen
Clear written and verbal communicator who can sell an idea
internally What This Role Is A creative engine for bold,
experimental marketing stunts A high-velocity idea generator who
thrives on coming up with concepts quickly and refining them
collaboratively A builder of fun, non-obvious, culturally sharp
brand moments A role focused on exploration—pursuing ideas that may
not be strictly “necessary” but have outsized attention potential A
strategist who understands how to turn current events and trends
into timely, stunt-ready concepts What This Role Is Not An event
planning or logistics management role A purely operational
production position A fabrication-heavy technical build role
(hands-on fabrication experience is not required) A maintenance
marketing function focused only on repeatable, predictable programs
NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure The base salary range for this role
is $120,000 – $170,000. This range is based on factors such as
experience, skills, and geographic location. In addition to base
salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation,
including bonus and benefits. Our Culture Meritocracy is at our

hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are
proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our
