Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Digital Business Transformation Intern, located in Raritan, NJ In Johnson & Johnson Digital Business Transformation (DBT), we solve big problems in healthcare every day. Working closely with colleagues across Johnson & Johnson, we elevate the digital savvy of the world's largest healthcare company, innovate to create new digital solutions, and unlock the power of data and insights. Summer intern positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last 10 weeks, beginning on June 3rd, 2024, to Aug 9th, 2024. During the internship, you'll have a chance to work on vital assignments and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience that will help you grow both personally and professionally. As part of a dynamic team, you'll apply your skill set in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to projects that make measurable, real-world impact during your 10-week experience. You will partner with Digital Business Transformation leaders as well as other cross-functional partners. The Intern(s) will participate in DBT projects in the following programs: --- Strategic Planning and Program Operations --- TranSCend --- Transformation Projects --- Data Solutions --- Solutions Management Key Responsibilities Most assignments will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities: --- Work within specialized groups in J&J DBT to deploy solutions for business partners and drive value --- Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated business area --- Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the Digital Business Transformation program portfolio --- Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Digital Business Transformation Strategy --- Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key projects
