We have an opportunity for a Business Development Associate to join
a growing and professional team. The selected candidate will be an
energetic self-starter, ready to assist and support business
development operations within our company. This candidate will play
a key role in customer development for bulk nutritional products.
The Business Development Associate must be able to drive new
business growth by identifying, developing, and converting targeted
opportunities to sales while meeting and exceeding the desired
customer experience. This person will join a team of like-minded
go-getters to achieve our company vision.
What you will be doing:
-- Responsible for revenue growth contribution through business
development and inside sales activities.
-- Take responsibilities in the development of proposals and
presentations for new business materials to create and nurture
business opportunities and partnerships.
-- Participates in meetings, conferences, trade shows and other
professional sessions, as requested.
-- Complies with Company policies, procedures, and all applicable
-- Identify and communicate customer requirements, solve problems,
as well as identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
-- Introduce and follow up on new products, provide product
samples, managing distributor target account programs where
-- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers,
screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line
with strategies, etc.
-- Establish friendly business and interpersonal relationships
developing an in-depth rapport with high-level management at all
customers and potential customers by getting to know intimately
customers' organization, personnel, responsibility lines, products,
financial situation, problems, requirements, culture, methods of
doing business, etc.
-- Maintain knowledge of and follow company procedures and policies
regarding pricing, deliveries, sales terms, forecasts, records,

serve along with other team members.
What experience we are looking for:
-- Bachelor's degree is Required
-- 2+ years of experience in the nutritional, food & beverage,
animal feed, agricultural, chemicals and/or pharmaceutical industry
is a plus.
-- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
and customer-focused orientation.
-- Successful experience in sales prospecting and developing new
