Position: Operations Coordinator
Position Type: Temporary with possibility to become Permanent
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid - 2 onsite)
Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm

We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to work with a well known organization. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have strong multitasking ability. The person selected for this role will have their own computer to use while remote, high speed internet and cell phone, when working remotely.

What you will be doing:

Reviewing and processing claim-related tasks while providing support services to the organization.
Position may include telephone contact with claimants, attorneys and other members of the public.
Provide support services including data entry, generating correspondence using established templates and procedures and assist with initial claims set up.
Provide support services including imaging, document indexing, routing electronic documents and maintenance of all claim files.
Eyesight and finger dexterity at a level that does not interfere with computer work.
Assist with any other tasks as needed.



What experience we are looking for:

High School diploma or equivalent supplemented by two (2) years on the job training in a similar work environment.
An associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively with staff and constituents.
Proven track record of work involving high detail.
Ability to work with moderate supervision.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong computer knowledge with MS Office, typing and data entry and ability to learn other technology as needed.
Ability to lift files up to 50 pounds.
