Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Location: Somerset, NJ Pay Range: $23.40 - $24.41 Shift: 1st / 2nd / 3rd Shifts Available What's the Job? Operate packaging lines efficiently, ensuring smooth start-up and shut-down procedures Monitor production processes and identify any line issues promptly Troubleshoot minor problems and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance Perform routine inspections and minor repairs to equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards What's Needed?
