highly skilled AI Engineer Lead to spearhead the integration and
development of artificial intelligence within our advanced systems.
This position requires a blend of technical prowess in AI
methodologies and leadership skills to drive projects that are
critical to national security. The AI Engineer Lead will lead a
team dedicated to implementing cutting-edge AI solutions across
various platforms, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and
strategic goals of Lockheed Martin. Design, develop, and deploy AI
algorithms tailored to aerospace and defense applications. Lead and
mentor a dedicated team of AI engineers and developers. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure technology integration and
alignment with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and
technological advancements to ensure incorporation of best
practices. Ensure compliance with ethical standards in the
development and implementation of AI. Manage multiple projects,
prioritizing and allocating resources effectively. Expertise in
machine learning, neural networks, and computer vision. Proficiency
with Python, R, TensorFlow, and other AI software and tools. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and

(PMP) - preferred. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - beneficial for
