Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in security
solutions, is seeking a dedicated Embedded Service Technician II to
join our Technical Support & Troubleshooting team. This role
focuses on maintaining and enhancing our security systems,
including embedded systems used in various security applications.
The right candidate will possess a deep understanding of electronic
systems, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service, ensuring
that all systems are operating at peak efficiency and security
standards. Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
of complex embedded systems and security devices. Collaborate with
technical team to ensure the integration of software with hardware
devices. Conduct regular system tests and backups to ensure data
safety and system integrity. Provide technical support and guidance
to customers and internal teams. Stay updated with the latest
industry trends and technologies. Prepare and maintain
documentation of processes and troubleshoot reports. Proficient in
embedded systems Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge in
electronic circuitry and diagnostics Expertise in programming
languages relevant to embedded systems Ability to read and
understand technical manuals and schematics Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Electronics Technician (CET) Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA) is advantageous but not mandatory
