clients. Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a
qualified Surgical Services - OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support
patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while
collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining
compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities Provide direct support during surgical procedures,
ensuring a sterile environment is maintained at all times.
Collaborate with surgical team for efficient setup and operation of
the operating room. Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment
are available and functioning properly prior to procedures.
Participate in the care and handling of specimens during surgery.
Assist with postoperative equipment and instrument inventory and
management. Adhere to infection control and safety measures in
compliance with facility guidelines. Qualifications Current BLS and
CST certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a
Surgical Tech in a CVOR setting. Experience with EPIC charting
highly preferred. Ability to work weekends and take cardiac call as
needed. Proven ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced
environments. Previous travel experience required; must have a
