Any 5-day combination based on staffing needs - 8-hour workday
Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified /
Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established,
high-volume outpatient practice in Queens, NY. This is a full-time,
on-site role focused on comprehensive gastrointestinal and liver
care, including advanced endoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate
is clinically strong, procedure-driven, and interested in long-term
growth opportunities, including ASC ownership and profit-sharing.
This position offers excellent compensation, stability, and
partnership potential. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, evaluate,
and treat patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders -
Perform endoscopic procedures, including EGD, Colonoscopy, and
Capsule Endoscopy - Provide high-quality outpatient GI and
hepatology care - Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate and timely
clinical documentation - Stay current with advancements in
gastroenterology and hepatology Qualifications: - MD or DO - Board
Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (preferred) - Active
New York medical license (or ability to obtain) - Strong expertise
in Gastroenterology and Hepatology - Proficiency in Endoscopy and
Capsule Endoscopy ASC Buy-In: Eligible after 2 years of full-time
employment Gradual buy-in over 5 years, up to 10% ownership
Pathology Lab Buy-In: Potential opportunity (currently in
preparation phase) Profit Sharing Plan: Employer match typically
$15,000-$30,000 annually, based on practice profitability Benefits:
