Job Description A well-established and growing healthcare organization located in New York is seeking to immediately hire a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its dedicated outpatient team in Astoria, Queens. Responsibilities : Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans, Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living (ADLs), Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, and neurological or orthopedic conditions, Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies, Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards, and Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment. Job Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, Active New York State Occupational Therapist license, Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Experience in an outpatient or clinical setting (pediatric or adult experience welcomed), Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and time-management skills Job Type: Full-time. Facility Type: Outpatient Healthcare Schedule: Morning hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation & Benefits: $85,000 - 105,000 annually Dental insurance 401K PTO Work Locations: Onsite — Astoria, Queens, NY
