Job Description Job Description Fall in LOVE with Home Care, Stay for the Culture Our Pocono Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse who has a passion for home care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. Client & Schedule: - We have a pediatric client located in Milford who needs a 1:1 nurse for their seizures and hyperglycemia to go to school. - This client needs nursing care on Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
