Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team, committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the well-being of our patients. As part of our team, you will support our mission to deliver personalized rehabilitation services and skilled nursing care that ensure patient comfort and promote recovery. Our CNAs play a critical role in our patients' healthcare journeys by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the implementation of their personalized care plans. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Help in the rehabilitation exercises and walking of patients as directed. Ensure patients' rooms are tidy and comply with hygiene standards. Support the emotional and physical comfort of patients. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and healthcare staff. Adhere to all safety and health regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Physical endurance and ability to lift or move patients Observational skills to notice changes in patient conditions Empathy and the ability to provide comfort Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant certification mandatory CPR and First Aid certification preferred
