Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available for the 26/27 school
year to provide maternity leave coverage in a school setting
located in Norristown, PA. This onsite contract role offers a
rewarding opportunity to support students developmental and
functional needs within the educational environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized occupational therapy
services to students based on evaluations and assessments. -
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school
professionals to design and implement student-centered treatment
plans. - Document progress and maintain accurate records in
compliance with school and regulatory guidelines. - Adapt therapy
techniques to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students. -
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Desired Qualifications
and Experience: - Current Occupational Therapy licensure and
certification. - Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in
a school setting. - Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices
and educational standards. - Excellent communication skills with
the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and
school staff. - Ability to work independently and as part of a
collaborative team. Location: - Onsite role based in Norristown,
PA, servicing schools in the Philadelphia area. This maternity
