We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled PA or NP to join our team here at R&T and help us continue to deliver exceptional healthcare services! Open 7 days a week looking for weekend PA or NP also. Location's: 285 Sills Road Building 10 Suite D, E. Patchogue 631-438-0777 Mon-Wed 9am-7pm Thurs-Fri 6:30am-7pm Sat-Sun 9am-1pm 21 Eastport Manor Road, Eastport 631-325-2255 Mon-Fri 8am-7pm Sat-Sun 8am-1pm Qualifications: Current PA or NP licensure in New York Board Certification Minimum of 2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Responsibilities: Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to our designated patient population Preforms complete histories and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop appropriate plan of care and follow-ups based on the outcomes of diagnostic, laboratory and physicals examination findings Order medications and writes prescriptions according to organizational regulatory policies and procedures Consistently provides high quality and timely documentation in progress notes Preforms bedside procedures as appropriate to each patient Demonstrate expert clinical judgement skills to function in an independent role Administering Vaccines Suturing Lacerations Interpret EKG's, Lab reports, Radiology reports Please reach out with any inquiries Monica Donato, Practice Manager 631-325-2255 or 631-438-0777 Also you can email resumes to manager@docrosenfeld.com
