Schedule 8-hour days Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for an entry-level leadership role in our 3 room single specialty Urology Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The Clinical Coordinator / Nurse Manager will have clinical and administrative responsibilities for managing the OR and Sterile Processing Department (SPD) areas, ensuring quality nursing care is effectively provided to patients. Responsibilities - Oversee the direction and quality of Nursing Services in the OR/SPD. - Manage clinical and administrative functions within the department. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care delivery. - Assist in training and evaluating nursing personnel. Required Experience - Active RN license in the state of New Jersey. - Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in urology. - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
