Schedule 8-hour days Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for an entry-level leadership role in our 3 room single specialty Urology Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The Clinical Coordinator / Nurse Manager will have clinical and administrative responsibilities for managing the OR and Sterile Processing Department (SPD) areas, ensuring quality nursing care is effectively provided to patients. Responsibilities Oversee the direction and quality of Nursing Services in the OR/SPD. Manage clinical and administrative functions within the department. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care delivery. Assist in training and evaluating nursing personnel. Required Experience Active RN license in the state of New Jersey. Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in urology. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
