Job Function: - Night Shift. - Prepares and administers prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously) and accurately documents their administration. - Reports any adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with policies and procedures for registered nursing practice. - Educates patients about surgical procedures and provides support throughout their care. - Records patient medical information and vital signs accurately and thoroughly. Job Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). - Current State RN license (or willingness to obtain). - 3 years of experience in this specialty. - BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
