Who You Are
You are a dynamic individual with a strong technical program
management background and a deep passion for data solutions for our
clients. You will report to the VP of Product, Data Enablement,
within our Product Practice, leading efforts to develop and advance
Horizon's client data-driven capabilities.
With a focus on enabling internal stakeholders, brand teams, and
business partners, you will specialize in a specific industry
segment to provide targeted data expertise and solutions. You will
lead an industry segment and you and your team will act as the
single point of contact to onboard and maintain client data use of
Horizon's Connected Marketing Platform known as blu., and other
products. All with the goal of ensuring the broader adoption and
success of the data products we offer.We are building something big

strong background in big data, marketing technology, and

What You'll Do
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
Technical Project and Account Management - 50%
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects
and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of
high-quality data solutions.
- Develop and apply deep industry expertise to deliver tailored
data solutions to clients within a specific segment
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities to address data-related
challenges and mitigate risks effectively.
- Develop strong, meaningful partnerships with key business areas
such as Marketing Science, Business Solutions, Analytics groups,
Horizon affiliates, and operations areas.
- Drive the development and execution of Horizon's long-term
strategic plans for data product lines, collaborating closely with
the entire Product Team.
- Act as a subject matter expert for media partners, industries,
and corresponding datasets, ensuring compliance with privacy
regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your team members and
across the Client Onboarding team.
- Manage service desk tickets related to client and product
issues, with a focus on process improvement and KPI trackingData
Strategy and Maintenance- 30%
- Identify and drive opportunities for new product features
across the portfolio, evaluating performance and informing
long-term strategic planning
- Strong understanding of business use cases for data
transformation and the ability to align data requirements with
measurable business outcomes.
- Become a subject matter expert for Client Data Onboarding and
Integrations in relation to specific media partners, industries,
and corresponding datasets structures, use cases, privacy
protection, regulations and compliance.
- Translate business use cases into data-driven solutions;
collaborate with data scientists on complex requests to deliver
actionable insights and engaging visualizations
- Drive key metrics related to product/service adoption,
retention, and revenue growth
- Proficient in data discovery and transformation processes, with
hands-on experience in key tools such as Snowflake, AWS, and
DBT.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA,
Monday.com) to manage tasks and workflows.
- Maintain data assets in coordination with Data Operations and
stakeholders-resolving issues, monitoring performance, and
minimizing end-user impactData Vendor Management - 20%
- Oversee management of onboarding data partners in collaboration
with Horizon stakeholders
- Build long-term collaborations with partnerships, legal teams,
and external vendors
- Collaborate with data partners to ensure data is
representative/balanced.
- Develop internal subject-matter expertise on media and
technology partners, including data capabilities, match
methodologies, and technology offeringsJob Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer
Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field/ equivalent
experience.
- 8 + years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3
years in a media-related role.
- Experience with technology that enables audience-based
planning, activation, and measurement solutions.
- Comfortable in technology tools such as Monday.com, JIRA,
Snowflake, AWS and DBT for project management and data
analysis
- Proven client management skills in a data-centric role
- Experience with data engineering and data integration
projects.
- Demonstrated Product and/or Project Management experience in a
technical environment.
- Analytical mindset, precise with numbers and ability to solve
poorly defined problems.
- Ability to develop project plans and roadmaps, while also
managing resourcing and escalations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to interpret client needs and effectively communicate
across stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive attitude, consistency, and effective work
management.

Range$130,000.00 - $160,000.00A successful applicant's actual base
salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets,
experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and
qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an
