forefront of delivering cutting-edge electrical instrumentation and
wire harnesses to all Final Assembly locations. With a dedicated
team of over 220 employees, we ensure the highest standards of

contributing to the success of our global operations. THE WORK As a
Supervisor within the Avionics Product Center, you will oversee a
team of hourly operators across one or multiple business units in
Stratford, CT. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the assembly,
testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company
standards, government regulations, and contract requirements. You
will: • Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure compliance
and efficiency. • Assist in developing and managing budgets,
staffing, and training programs. • Participate in management
meetings to discuss business status and strategies. • Lead daily
team meetings to communicate company objectives and business
updates. • Ensure a safe working environment through regular
Environmental, Health, and Safety audits. • Promote an ethics-based
business culture and encourage employee involvement and innovation.

-Ability to understand procedures, work instructions and
specifications, and apply this knowledge in day to day activities
-Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS office applications
with the ability to learn new programs that may be job specific
-Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings

effective communication with internal/external customers, including
DCMA Desired skills -Experience in a manufacturing environment
-Experience working with represented hourly labor force -Experience

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
