Well-established, highly-respected private group of five otolaryngologists in Morristown, New Jersey (North Jersey – less than one hour to Midtown Manhattan) is seeking a sixth otolaryngologist due to patient demand and succession planning. About the position: - Join five well-trained, successful otolaryngologists in a non-hospital owned, private practice with a 39-year history of excellence. - Group is part of a physician owned and operated, 850-physician multispecialty group with exceptional revenue cycle management, billing, contracting, payor relations, human resources, and legal services – all while retaining the independence of a free-standing, private practice. - Enjoy the freedom to be your own boss and have input in decisions that affect your practice. - Very stable group with extremely low turnover (other than retiring group members) with a practice culture that promotes a healthy work life balance. - Nationally competitive compensation package and excellent medium to long range total income potential. - Partnership track with ownership opportunities in non-hospital based ambulatory surgery center and hearing aid business. - Paid ER call with no facial trauma call. - Hospital call is shared with other practices in the region (average 5-6 call weeks/year). - Monday-Friday office hours with no evenings or weekends. - Comprehensive benefits package including $25K towards health insurance, 401K and profit-sharing plan, malpractice insurance and paid vacation. - General otolaryngology with or without sub-specialty fellowship training will fit nicely into the group. - Ability to participate in New Jersey BAIT formulas allowing for federal tax deductions as a partner ($40-$50K in tax savings annually).
