Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves both installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of all HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service. Duties Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Install all types, make, models of Light Commercial HVAC Systems Install ductless VRF/VRV and air duct systems, IAQ Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Complete tasks in timely manner Skills Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields 5 years minimum experience Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Proficient in mechanical skills related to the installation and repair of HVAC systems. Strong understanding of schematics related to HVAC/R systems. Ability to build and maintain various types of HVAC equipment. Experience in property maintenance, ensuring the functionality of all related systems. Knowledge of equipment repair techniques for efficient troubleshooting. Familiarity with appliance repair as it relates to HVAC systems. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
