energy systems to our clients. Job Description We are in search of
a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead
our technological development. The successful candidate will work
alongside other top executives and will have a major say in our
strategic planning and direction. Key Responsibilities Set the
company's strategic technological direction: developing a vision
for technology that propels the company forward. Oversee research
and development (R&D), as well as the management of the
technology portfolio and intellectual property. Monitor the
technology strategy, ensuring that technologies are used
efficiently, profitably, and securely. Discover and implement new
technologies that yield competitive advantage. Guide the work of
the engineering teams towards technological advancements in solar
energy solutions. Establish a technological research strategy for
leading technological disruptions. Ensure the scalability and
effectiveness of technological systems. Qualifications Proven
experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in tech, preferably
within the solar energy sector. Knowledge of the latest technology
trends and a sound understanding of the solar energy industry.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are crucial.
Exceptional team leadership skills, communication skills, and
problem-solving ability. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer
Science, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a
