at every step. This opening is for a Senior Financial Analyst to
join the finance team. This role reports directly to the CFO and
works closely with the VP of Accounting. The Senior Financial
Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning and
analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow
management, and financial reporting. This is a highly visible role
with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models
to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports, highlighting key variances, trends, and insights Partner
with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts
aligned with strategic objectives Monitor inventory levels and
evaluate impacts on working capital, providing actionable insights
to improve inventory management Manage factoring processes in
collaboration with finance and operations teams to optimize cash
flow Support M& A activities, including financial due diligence and
integration planning Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and present
findings to senior leadership Assist in preparing presentations and
financial materials for internal stakeholders and external partners
Continuously assess financial processes and identify opportunities
to improve efficiency and scalability Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3–5 years of
experience in financial analysis, preferably within retail,
fashion, wholesale, or CPG environments Strong foundation in FP& A,
including budgeting and forecasting Experience with cash flow
projections, factoring, and net working capital management
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
