Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager who
will excel in leading operations within our Professional Services
sector. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the
strategic direction and execution of services that Aramark
provides, including food, facilities, and uniform services. The
ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, sustain high
client and customer satisfaction, and ensure we meet our financial
objectives while maintaining our commitment to innovation and
excellence. Lead the operational strategy and execution for service
delivery across the assigned segment. Manage senior-level client
relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and
implement policies and procedures that uphold company standards and
drive operational effectiveness. Oversee financial management,
including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
Direct a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a
collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with
all health and safety regulations. Implement and sustain innovative
solutions that improve service quality and efficiency. Monitor
market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for growth and development. Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to
manage budgets and financial planning Strong strategic thinking and
problem-solving abilities Experience in operational management and
process improvement Ability to multitask and manage multiple
priorities in a dynamic environment Medical Insurance Dental
