The Compliance Analyst Consultant will be responsible to
generate various types of business status, performance and
forecasting data and reports for the use of management, account
officers, account analyst and planning team members, for internal
and external meetings for the firm Client DetailsOur client is a
global investment bank headquartered in Japan with a branch in New
York, NY. Our client offers services such as corporate and
investment banking, treasury services, trade finance, project
finance, and various other financial products.DescriptionThe
Compliance Analyst Consultant will be responsible for the
following:
- Collect business status, performance and projection information
from system, source data, resources, or communication.
- Compile such information, design format when needed, and
generate reports as required or requested.
- Propose solutions to reporting issues by recommending alternate
source data, information extraction methods and so on.
- Participate in credit control, business infrastructure and
administration initiatives that are relevant to business planning,
the departments effort to control expenses utilizing available
system database and business infrastructure, as well as various new
projects, taskforces and other initiatives as required as a member
of Business Planning.
- Plans, implements and adjusts tasks to complete work accurately
and on time. Sets priorities and adjusts workload to meet changing
needs.
- Organizes and coordinates projects as assigned. Provides
back-up support to other staff members as needed.
- Work on miscellaneous assignments deemed necessary and
appropriate by Business Planning Executive Director.ProfileThe
Compliance Analyst Consultant should have the following background:
- Fluency in Japanese (native)
- Prior Banking and Financial Services is preferred
- Ability to communicate with individuals in the Head Office and
translate reports
- Strong computer skills especially in spreadsheets and other
standard data management software and applications. Proficient in
Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to follow policies and procedures. Ability to present
ideas, concepts and other information with clarity and
