Job Description:

This person is responsible for: Vendor management of all scope of work projects, and monthly, quarterly, and annual budget management.
All Scope of Work creation for campaigns and new operational programs, overseeing CIDs along with processing invoices through various vendors.
Marketing campaign management tracking with ROI measures to spend, creating and reading out leadership monthly readouts and supporting cross-functional employees and various vendors.
Reconciling and maintaining all expense reports in accordance with guidelines including support of contractual payments to content vendors (onboarding, PO & invoices, reconciling).
In addition to the above, this person is also responsible for some administrative support, including but not limited to: Managing schedule and appointment calendar(s) and maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities.
Working with Executive Assistants to coordinate Executive schedules. Performing ad hoc project-related duties as requested.

The ability to ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive and protected information.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal communication skills and polished written skills.
Strong time management skills
Fluency in Google Workspace


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.


Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
