Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Client HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Lead, who leads, designs, and implements the solutions on the Client platform.
• This role requires a good understanding of Human Resources processes, as well as technical expertise in the Client platform.
• As a lead, the expectation is to work closely with business and SMEs to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Also work with our offshore team and technical leads to provide effort estimations & to meet project timelines and deliver accordingly. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Candidate with have 6+ years of Client experience, Certified in Client CSA & CIS-HSRD and should have experience in following:
  • Very good knowledge of Client platform and HRSD application.
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Configuring Client HRSD application.
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Client scripting
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Webservices (REST and SOAP) to build and support Client Integrations.
  • Should have engaged in Client Platform upgrades.
  • Experience in leading offshore team in delivering.
  • Experience in gathering Business Requirements and recommending right SN solutions.
